He is a Certified General Appraiser with a decade of multifamily valuation and market analysis experience. He provides clients with disciplined pricing guidance, underwriting insight, and practical transaction execution.
His approach combines brokerage execution with valuation-driven analysis, allowing clients to make informed decisions around pricing, timing, and positioning. David works directly with clients throughout the transaction process, delivering clear communication and accountable representation from initial valuation and pricing through closing.
